The result is created to mimic a real crowd at an NBA video game. Microsoft’s software application will catch remote video of each fan’s body and put them over a virtual seat in the stands. The 17-foot video boards will then show the fans as the basketball video game uses.

Microsoft Teams is going to power the virtual crowd through the brand-new Together mode function, which was presented previously this month. The video mode is created to put all the conference individuals together in shared virtual background, for example an auditorium hall. The result makes it look like everybody is being in a space completely — a modification from each individual appearing in their own virtual box.

“Along with a view of their fellow fans, individuals can enjoy a live feed of the video game right within Groups,” Microsoft stated in a post describing the function. “Gamers, on the other hand, will experience their energy and assistance as they dribble down the court and see fans’ real-time response,” the business included.
